THE
BREWERY
Since London Brewing Co was set up in 2011, the number of breweries in the capital has quadrupled, with London Brewing Co’s brewery on site at The Bohemia helping that total rise when it opened in 2014.

The brew house sits inside the trading area at The Bohemia boasts a large 6.6 barrel brew kit and has the capacity to produce 20,000 pints a week while customers look on.

Currently we make up to 10 different beers on site from Best Bitter & IPA to fruit & sour beers. Some of which we incorporate into the menu of our brewpub.

ALEX WOODS
HEAD BREWER
Family man, Brentford FC fan and lover of a high ABV IPA, Alex moved from a career in cheese to brewing in 2016. He’s brewed for Beavertown, The Kernel Brewery and now joins us as head brewer.
CHARLIE GREEN
ASSISTANT BREWER
Charlie hails from Stevenage and is a super enthusiastic home brewer. When is not drinking Rhapsody at the Bohemia you can find him bowling at his local cricket club or supporting Liverpool.
